Here's what's changing on March 26, 2024:

• Updated app. We’ll show you the best available public transit options at any given time, which means you may receive only a Wheels2U or fixed-route option.
• Extended hours. Ride with us 7 days a week!
• Door to door pickups/drop offs. Board and hop off steps from the addresses you give us.

How to Update Your App

Wheels 2U Norwalk riders will be required to update their app on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

• Log into the app 
• Follow the prompts to update the app
• Create an account using your current credentials
• Add your payment info
• Book your next ride
